Warm Happy Hips Hour

A hip opener class in a warm infrared-heated room.

Service Description

All levels welcome; some yoga experience a plus. Yogis can expect a combination of seated, twisting, and supported hip opening postures. Use of blocks, straps, and blankets encouraged.

Please reserve your spot at least 30 mins prior to class; 1 hour prior for hot and Zoom classes. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you postpone your yoga practice until 48 hours after your symptoms have subsided.
