Policies & Reminders

We are committed to providing excellent yoga experiences for students of all levels!

We value your loyalty and dedication to your yoga practice. As a business that focuses on both the mind and body, we strive to maintain a peaceful and positive environment. Therefore, we would like to remind you of some general yoga etiquette practices, as well as some of our specific policies.

INCLEMENT WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:

In case of inclement weather or other potentially dangerous situations, we will make the decision to cancel classes or workshops at least 2 hours ahead of time. Please check the online schedule or the studio Facebook page before heading out.

REFUNDS:

Unless specifically stated in an event description, all purchases are final sales. Class cards, Unlimited Passes, Drop-in Fees and Workshop Fees are not refundable, exchangeable or transferable.

RETURNED CHECKS:

There is a $25 fee for returned or cancelled checks.

SCHEDULE CHANGES

Schedules, teachers, prices of classes, passes, memberships and/or products are subject to change without notice. Please always check our website for our most current offerings.

EXPIRED CLASS CARDS:
If your yoga class card expires before you finish using the classes and you do not have a doctor’s note, you can reactivate your package for a fee of $29, for your unused yoga classes.  Expired packages that have been reactivated can be extended up to a maximum of 60 days.
You have one year from the package’s original expiration date to reactivate it, otherwise the classes are forfeited.

EXTENSIONS:

Extensions on class packages may be granted to those facing unexpected medical complications. Students must provide a physician's note stating the medical reason and dates the student is unable to practice yoga. There are NO exceptions otherwise.

WAIVERS:

All new students are required to fill out a waiver form prior to participating in the first class.

LATENESS:

If you are a few minutes late, enter the room very quietly so you do not disturb the students and the teacher in class.

ACTIVATION:

All class passes and unlimited monthly yoga passes have an expiration date. All purchases activate at the time of purchase.

KARMA FRONT DESK

Our front desk runs on good karma. We offer the opportunity to trade working for the studio front desk each week in exchange for yoga. Our front desk may not always be staffed. We will do our best to address your concerns as quickly as possible.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS:

Some workshops have minimum enrollment levels. If the minimum is not reached, you will be fully refunded and notified in advance. So if there is a workshop you plan on attending, we recommend you sign up sooner than later.

FEEDBACK:

We are committed to our classes being a positive, healthy experience for every student. If something is not working for you, please let us know...all feedback is welcome. We learn from you too!

SHARE PEACE, NOT GERMS:
This is a friendly reminder that if you are sick in such a way that may be contagious to others, we ask that you please not come into the Yoga studio until you feel confident you will not infect others around you. It is a courtesy we all appreciate (especially during the cold and flu season), and it’s especially important to those in our community who may have compromised immune systems.
