The ultimate in self-care: two hours of total body bliss! 90 minutes of rejuvenating massage including your choice of aromatherapy followed by a revitalizing scalp massage and a full-body hot towel treatment (including hands and feet). Your body is a temple; go ahead and treat it like one.
Cancellation Policy
Please reserve your spot at least 30 mins prior to class; 1 hour prior for hot and Zoom classes. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you postpone your yoga practice until 48 hours after your symptoms have subsided.
