In this class yoga we focus on all postures that zoom in on hip opening deep stretches. We use long slow holds which are helpful in releasing tension and tightness from the hip area, improving flexibility and mobility, reducing lower back pain, ...

Cancellation Policy

Please reserve your spot at least 30 mins prior to class; 1 hour prior for hot and Zoom classes. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you postpone your yoga practice until 48 hours after your symptoms have subsided.
