A slower paced and easier level class .

Service Description

All levels welcome; some yoga experience a plus. Yogis can expect a combination of seated, standing, twists, and backbend postures. Use of blocks, straps, and blankets encouraged.

Cancellation Policy

Please reserve your spot at least 30 mins prior to class; 1 hour prior for hot and Zoom classes. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you postpone your yoga practice until 48 hours after your symptoms have subsided.
