Service Description

All levels welcome, mom or dad or grandparents and baby enjoy yoga together. Mommy & Me Yoga introduces babies to movement that sets the stage for physical fitness, cognitive and social development, relaxation and improved digestion. Recommended childrens ages 6 months to 5 years old.

Cancellation Policy

Please reserve your spot at least 30 mins prior to class; 1 hour prior for hot and Zoom classes. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you postpone your yoga practice until 48 hours after your symptoms have subsided.
