Join us for a 4 mile hike then a 30 min. all levels yoga class out in nature. Beginner friendly event. Mats and cool lemon aid with cbd honey will be provided after the hike.

Yoga and nature a great combo. Enjoy peace and serenity of the ancient practice of Yoga with a mindful, guided hike. begin the hike meeting in the parking lot to the right.
Look for dawn in white Lexus SUV. She will lead the group on a hike through the surrounding forest.
After the hike have a gentle unwinding all levels yoga class out in nature.
