Balance Your Mind | Heal Your Chakras

We will explore each of the seven chakras learning about their meaning, how we can balance them using crystals and essential oils. We will choose affirmations for each chakra that resonate and reflect with journal prompts. 

You will experience healing sounds of the Chakra Bowls and a guided meditation.
