Join us on Sunday, February 17th from 4:30-6 for a gentle yoga class followed by a discussion on the benefits of adapting the Danish concept of Hygge (pronounced hoo-gah). Hygge is the art of coziness, taking time to slow down and enjoy the simple pleasures life has to offer. Practice self care. Feel free to bring soft warm socks, a favorite throw blanket. Tea and a snack will be provided. Please sign up in advance so we know and can prepare for this event.
