Please join us for a Beginner’s Mind Qigong Class, and book signing with Dr. Robin

(ROB) Shapiro. ROB has been a Qigong student and teacher since 1982. As a Holistic Physician, she has integrated Qigong into her private practice, as a medicinal approach to physical therapy and over all well-being. Trained by Chinese doctors throughout her career, she uses Qigong as medicine, in addition to many other practices.

The Buddha Lives In New Jersey, is the title of ROB’s new book, and will be available for purchase and signing as part of the two-hour class. ROB has been a long-time student of the Dharma and has been initiated into the lineage of Medicine Buddha. Her Teacher, the Venerable Kelsang Dorjee, is a Tibetan monk who lives in exile in India. ROB has founded many Sanghas (communities) to share the Dharma (Buddhist ideas). Her approach is to explore Buddha-mind and see the application for contemporary society.

Class will be held on Feb 12th, Saturday, from 2:30-4:30

One hour Beginner’s Mind Qigong class, one hour Sangha Circle and Signing
