In our daily lives, we can absorb and pick up energy in our day-to-day interactions, work environments, and relationships. Over time this energy can collect in our body to effect our general state of wellbeing. By directing our intention and attention specifically on each chakra, we can begin to clear the blockages and create freedom and healing in our mind, body, and life. We'll do this through conscious breathing, and guided meditation.. You'll bring awareness and consciousness to your life to create equilibrium, balance, and wholeness for yourself.
