This wonderful healing workshop will start with writing our intensions for what we wish to release and also with what we want to inite in and receive.  Keeping the intension we want placing our paper with our writing of what we want to release into a metal can to be burned and turned to ash. Journaling our goals and dreams in provided journals. 

 We will then cleanse the room and each student with sage and palo sticks. Taking in the vibrations of the buffalo drum and crystal singing bowls! Looking for ward to seeing you on the mat. 

Tea and snacks will be provided.
