we added a Slow Flow w/MaryAnn to Thursdays @9am
Hot and Hip on Thursdays moved by an hour so 11am and 12:15 respectfully
we added a Chair class to Friday's @noon
added another Hot26 with a new instructor Jackie on Sundays @9:30
Mackenzie added a 8:15pm Heat class on Mondays and a 6:15am Sculpt class on Wed

About the event
Kids yoga fun, ages 5-10. Pay as you go $12 a class per child or $50 for 5 classes. Lots of fun yoga poses, breath work and beginning meditation this class encourages children to cultivate a flexibility of the body, mind, and spirit, and encourage them to see the light in themselves and others.
