Service Description

Reiki and gentle hands-on compression along energy lines channels universal energy through the body to open chakras, balance the mind-body and promote healing. This service is performed with the recipient fully clothed lying down on a massage table. The therapist will incorporate light touch using both hands.

Cancellation Policy

Please reserve your spot at least 30 mins prior to class; 1 hour prior for hot and Zoom classes. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you postpone your yoga practice until 48 hours after your symptoms have subsided.
