Service Description

All levels welcome. Yogis can expect a combination of stretch-like postures using blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets that are held anywhere from 1-5 minutes. Using deeply grounding postures of Yin Yoga with the supportive, restorative elements of restorativeyoga. This class is designed to help you connect with your body, reduce stress, and increase mindfulness.

Cancellation Policy

Please reserve your spot at least 30 mins prior to class; 1 hour prior for hot and Zoom classes. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you postpone your yoga practice until 48 hours after your symptoms have subsided.
