Service Description

This is an all levels class and is suitable for just about anyone. This class is designed to open the body with gentle, slow, and traditional yoga postures and movements. It's a combination of postures coordinated with the breath, performed at a gentle pace which allows time to be present in each pose.

Please reserve your spot at least 30 mins prior to class; 1 hour prior for hot and Zoom classes. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you postpone your yoga practice until 48 hours after your symptoms have subsided.
