Service Description

All levels welcome. Yogis can expect a combination of gentle movement and postures using blocks, straps, are often incorporated. Plan to be really calm and peaceful after this class!

Please reserve your spot at least 30 mins prior to class; 1 hour prior for hot and Zoom classes. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you postpone your yoga practice until 48 hours after your symptoms have subsided.
