Service Description

Slow, deep therapeutic strokes are applied to release areas require more focused attention. Best suited for individuals with thick muscle mass or who have chronic tight connective tissues. The therapist may use a combination of fingertips, knuckles, hands, elbows, and forearms to apply pressure. Select 90 minutes for full body.

Cancellation Policy

Please reserve your spot at least 30 mins prior to class; 1 hour prior for hot and Zoom classes. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you postpone your yoga practice until 48 hours after your symptoms have subsided.
