Service Description

All levels welcome; no yoga experience needed. Yogis can expect to follow along with a combination of postures, breathing techniques, and meditation using lots of queues. Focus on proper alignment, use of props and modifications, as well as patience and kindness with your practice.

Cancellation Policy

Please reserve your spot at least 30 mins prior to class; 1 hour prior for hot and Zoom classes. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you postpone your yoga practice until 48 hours after your symptoms have subsided.
