Give yourself the gift of deep relaxation and healing. Tea prior to Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra- or Yogic sleep, is a meditative practice through the subtle layers of your physical and energetic bodies. As you lay in Savasana, Dawn will lead you through a guided journey inviting you to move out of the Beta brain wave length of “doing” and into the deeper Alpha and Theta brain wavelengths of “being,” helping you to access your subconscious mind to release limiting beliefs and live a life more aligned with your intentions. A Yoga Nidra practice helps to reduce the stress and tensions we carry with us in our everyday lives. All Levels welcome.
