Join us for a 2-3 mile hike then a 45 min. all levels yoga class out in nature. Beginner friendly event. Mats and cool lemon water will be provided after the hike.

Yoga and nature a great combo. Â Enjoy peace and serenity of the ancient practice of Yoga with a mindful, guided hike. begin the hike meeting in the parking lot to the right.Â
Look for Sarah in silver SUV. She will lead the group on a hike through the surrounding forest.Â
After the hike have a gentle unwinding all levels yoga class out in nature.
