Yoga for Emotional Harmony with Dawn

Yoga is an amazing tool to help with healing and has great results helping with depression. 

We will be doing a clinical study.  

All quotes and postures will be geared towards aiding with mood issues and depression. 

NOTE: 5 participants will be needed to hold this workshop. 

Please pre-resister at the front desk.
