Many times we may find ourselves losing our meditation in the moments between the asanas, if we find ourselves bored/distracted, or just aren’t feeling challenged enough. Learning to seamlessly connect the “to and from” of our poses with strength and grace can help build up that continuous meditation. First synching up the breath with the fluid movements of the spine and limbs, we will then break down some creative transitions between a set sequence of asanas- including backbends, arm balances, and inversions!
