This wonderful healing workshop will start with writing our intensions for the year what we wish to release and also with what we want to inite in and receive.  Keeping the intension we want to receive under on mats durning our yoga practice, and placing our paper with our writing of what we want to release into a metal can to be burned and turned to ash. Journaling our goals and dreams for 2020 in provided journals. 

 We will then cleanse the room and each student with sage and palo sticks.We will then strech in our yoga practice on the night of the full moon by candle light. Ending our class taking in the vibrations of the buffalo drum and crystal singing bowls! Looking for ward to seeing you on the mat. 

Tea and snacks will be provided.
