Join us for a gentle restorative relaxing class. All to the music of the singing bowls. Restorative yoga poses open the body and clear the chakras. There are musical notes which correspond to each chakra and through the use of the singing bowls we will open and balance them. Briging healing harmony to the body, heart, and soul.
