Join us for a meditative experience of sound healing and restorative yoga.

Angel and Anjelica lead a sound bath using various tools, such as crystal bowls, to quiet the mind and put you into a state of deep rest. 

The sound bath is accompanied by a few gentle restorative yoga postures, in which you’ll be supported by props (blankets, bolsters, blocks, etc.)  (5-15 min.) to promote relaxation.
