Join Rachel for this amazing workshop. Both beginners and experienced yogies are welcome. Come explore this invigorating practice of turning upsidedown. We will begin with a warmup heavily focused on core strength, shoulder stability, and wrist mobility to create a solid foundation for safe, confident inversions. Through the use of props, the wall, and some partner work, we will begin gaining our moments of flight through variations of handstand, forearm stand, and head stand as well as a few optional transitions with inversions to forearm balances with plenty of hands on spoting to assist you. This class will help you work through the fear of inversions and empower you to take your feet off the ground.
