Yin Yoga: Enjoy a relaxing, rejuvenating practice that helps balance out the Yang of your vinyasa flow as well as your busy life. Yin consists of various long held, passive seated and supine poses that allows your muscles and connective tissues to lengthen. You will increase flexibility through stretches in the hips, pelvis and lower spine as these areas are especially rich in connective tissues along with the muscles and fascia throughout the body. Poses are held typically for 3-5 minutes. Yin is also great for your joints as it increases circulation.
You will feel grounded leading to a more peaceful and loving mind.
