Service Description

Reflexology is a Traditional Chinese Medicine modality of applying pressure to points along the feet and is thought to stimulate those areas being addressed. Reflexology is performed with the recipient fully clothed lying down on a massage table. Our reflexology includes a relaxing foot massage followed by a hot towel wrap.

Cancellation Policy

Please reserve your spot at least 30 mins prior to class; 1 hour prior for hot and Zoom classes. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you postpone your yoga practice until 48 hours after your symptoms have subsided.
