This summer Beach Yoga 2013. Due to the big hit of our outdoor classes, this year we are blessed to offer outdoor yoga at 7 locations!

1. Pine Beach ~Vista Park
Yoga on the Grass - Wednesdays at 6pm - 650 Riverside Drive, Pine Beach
Free parking (write note that you are attending yoga on dashboard of your car)
Yoga Fee $10. Use a yoga matt, we will have some if you need to borrow one of ours.

2. Seaside Heights
Mon, Fri, Sat & Sun at 8am
Keirney Ave. & the Ocean- on the beach ocean side.
Yoga is on the sand here so bring a towel.
Parking on street.
Yoga fee $10

Due to Sandy we are at this new location until the Pavillion is rebuilt.

3. Seaside Park
Tue & Fri at 6pm
2nd Ave. & the Ocean - on the beach ocean side.
Yoga on the Sand so please bring a towel.
Meter Parking on street.
Yoga fee $5

4. Lavallette
Tue at 4:30pm & Thur at 6pm
Gazebo on Bay Ave. - at the Gazebo on the bay side.
Yoga on the Grass by the Bay. Use a matt or a towel.

Free parking on street and in the parking in lot of the first aide building.
Yoga fee $3

5. Beachwood
Wed 6:30-7:30pm
1100 Double Trouble Rd. Beachwood - on the observation deck at Jakes Branch.
Gentle sunset yoga with a beautiful view. Use a matt here.
Yoga fee $10

*new drop ins will be allowed June 5th thru July 10th at a $10 drop in fee. Then there is an option of joining the new pre-paid 9 week series starting 7/17 -9/11 for $95.

6. Berkley Island Park
1.) Choose: July and/or August
2.) Choose one or two days/week
Sat 7:30-8:45am (location; Berkeley island park)
Tues 6:30-7:45pm (location: Lavallette gazebo /bay )
Wed 7:30-8:45am (location: Lavallette gazebo /bay )

Here we will meet for paddle board yoga sessions.

$25 drop in fee, or $80 for 4 week sessions.
Please let us know if you need to rent a board *Starts 7/2/13*
Add $25 rental fee includes delivery & pick up at yoga location
* Only series sign-ups guarantee a SUP rental.
* SUPs will be available for rental with 1 week notice & sign up at the Center
Drop in Anytime $25 without SUP rental needed.

Come and join us as we practice yoga on the boardwalk by the beach, with the ocean or bay as our backdrop.

We are available to teach the joy of yoga to you privately, or to your organization, work site, school, or special event.

Here are a few examples of the organizations we have worked with successfully:

Holiday Yoga Schedule

We are open 364 days per year. We are open for yoga every day but ChrIstmas. We usually have 3 or 4 classes on all holidays.
