Yoga Etiquette
•
New students: please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first class to
complete some paperwork.
•
All Yogini (students) sign in at reception and gather quietly in the studio.
•
There is a waiting area where students can gather before and after class.
•
You'll need to remove your shoes and socks before class begins.
•
Meditate, stretch and look inward to get ready for class.
•
Your Yogi (instructor) will greet you and start the class.
•
Please, leave your cell phone in your car. Thanks!
•
We maintain our Center as a calm, meditative space.
•
Yoga mats are available for rental or purchase.
•
There is a space available to change clothes at the studio.
•
Please leave egos at the door.
•
Please notify the instructor of all special conditions and or injuries.
•
Listen to your body, challenge when able, but rest when needed.
•
Remember to always work at your individual level and to respect your body's current physical state.

12:30 - 7pm (2 classes per month)
There is a $150 fee for all books and training manual.
There is a $350 one time charge to Kripalu in Lennox Massachusetts for our mandatory group yoga retreat; attendance is required.
There will be 2 make up days (Saturdays available).

Our Yogi Teaching Philosophy

We, all Center instructors, strive to be insightful with all our students. We will encourage you to look within and find the positive on your yoga journey.

Surrender into each posture (instead of fighting your way into it, or struggling with it).
•
Our perceptive attention will be on your alignment in the pose. Gentle posture adjustments will be offered during class.
•
We hope to send calmness and contentment out to all our students.
•
With a regular yoga practice, you will be transformed. You will experience a decrease in your stress level and an increase in your personal happiness.
