YOGA CLASS CARDS - All yoga cards are non transferable, non refundable. These yoga class cards are an economical way to pay for classes. If however, you think you will have any difficulties making the classes within the stated expiration dates *Please then do not buy the cards and pay as you go. The expiration dates are final.

REACTIVATION POLICY
If your class card expires, you may re-activate your card for a specific time frame. You may only re-activate your card one time. This applies only to 10, 20,  class cards.
Reactivation Fees for unused expired class cards:
10 card - 30 days additional - $29
20 card - 45 days additional - $39

GIFT CERTIFCATES - Gift certificates may be used for any products or services at the Center- massage, yoga, merchandise, facials, Reiki, and or workshops. Gift certificates may be purchased for a specific services, packages, or a specific dollar amount. All gift certificates have an expiration date Please be mindful of the dates, however if it is expired then it still may be used for ½ credit.

REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS - Products, services, and or merchandise purchased at or from the Center can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase date. We do not issue refunds. Products must be in a unused and undamaged condition to receive studio credit. The studio credit may be used for any of the studio services.

CEUS - Some of our workshops may qualify for CEU certificates. Certificates will be issued upon your request, and upon completion of the workshop and fulfillment of its requirements. CEU’s can be used towards renewing an existing Yoga Alliance registration or other affiliations

CANCELLATIONS BY CLIENT FOR PREPAID PRIVATE YOGA LESSONS - If cancellations are made 24 hours or more prior to appointment there will be no charge to client; And if cancellations are made less than 24 hours there will be a $25 fee charged.

CANCELLATION BY CLIENT FOR A SCHEDULED MASSAGE - If the client cancels more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment there will be no charge. However, if the client cancels less than 24 hours notice there is a $25 cancellation fee.

PREPAID SERIES - If the student misses any of the scheduled classes, there are no make up days, and missed class can not be taken at another time. The series are non refundable, and not extendable, or transferable from one student to another.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION - The center will not share your name, or personal information with an outside individual or organization without your expressed permission.

CREDIT CARDS ON FILE - For your protection we do not keep your credit card information on file. So please understand if we need to ask for your credit card information again, even if you are a frequent customer.
